Importante: Como Cambiar Tu Pass

bueno como he estado notando q andan preguntando mucho sobre este tema, pienso q lo mejor es crear este post, ya q parece q la gente no revisa topics viejos antes de preguntar, cuando mucho chequean los topic pinned q salen todos resaltados.

aqui la informacion en pasos:

1. Hagan log-in (asumiendo q no saben su pass porq se lo cambio un hacker, pidanle ayuda a un amigo o creense una cuenta)
2. Hagan click en "MM service"
3. Hagan click en "contact to MM"
4. Escojer la opcion "account questions"
5. Llenar el formulario, la 1ra parte son los datos de la cuenta con la cual loggeaste y la 2da parte es para llenar los datos d la cuenta la cual quieres cambiar datos (si no saben ni su pregunta ni su respuesta secreta escriban "forgotten" en el rectangulo q pide esa informacion)
6. Al final hay una parte q dice "ETC" ahi expliquen el problema que tienen, eso si, en ingles
7. Si todo esta bien hecho unos dias despues recibiran un mail de mailmaster@muonline.com con la respuesrta

debido a q no he usado el MM service, la informacion la he conseguido gracias a Miguelon^^ quien explico en un post como hicieron para cambiar la informacion de una cuenta, asi q el credito es principalmente para el

espero q no queden mas dudas!! cualquiero problema, por favor, postearlo unica y exclusivamente por aqui

We would like to inform you that we will be reopening one of MM Services, Account Questions section. The purpose of opening Account Questions is to solve all the problems you have inside game. It will open this week on April 13. Please notice the information listed below.

1. Subject: Reopening Account Questions
2. Report: Homepage of MU online->Help->MM Service->Account Question completed.
3. Opening Date: April 13, 2005
4. Method: The Service will be provided only for ‘A’ and ‘B’,and it will be handled if all essential conditions below are added.

A. Loss of Secret Question & Answer
a-1 Sever Name
a-2 Account Email Address
a-3 Character Names and Levels
a-4 The last date of when you logged in

B. Loss of Passwords

b-1 Make new account and Report if you lost your Password
b-2 Sever Name
b-3 Account Name
b-4 Account Email Address
b-5 Character Names and Levels
b-6 The last date of when you logged in

Caution1. We will send the new information to the email address in your account. We will not give additional notice.
Caution2. Secret Question & Answer requested do not allow. We will make new or changed information randomly and send them to your email address. Also, you can change or modify your new information after checking email.
Caution3. It will be handled within 10 days, and we will not send new information individually during the process.
Caution4. Handling works will be delayed if you report repeatedly, and sending reports according to the related section will be faster to handle the process. We also will not reply to the reports not related to this section.
